Yeah this heater works well to heat up a room and humidify it. However, Unplug it when not using it because the thing can suddenly start Beeping and beeping and beeping despite not being on AND water reservoir is full and also not on. Idk why it does this but this alone makes me really angry since I do not like unnecessary noise. It has happened several times including once when arrived home from work and found it just beeping and beeping for only God knows how long. 3 star for the random noises but 5 star for the fact that it is quiet when actually being used.
Extremely satisfied with the Crystal Air Turbo HEPA LED Air Purifier. I suffer with chronic sinusitis and no longer have to use nasal spray as often as I used to. My breathing is also so much better.
So far we are extremely happy with this product, a bit of an over kill but enjoying being cool.
delivery is good , product is good . only one moment very small value for essential oils.

The fan does its job well and quietly. I specifically purchased this fan so that I could control it with my phone but there are no instructions on how to set it up the WiFi connectivity.
The fan works great, very quiet and looks nice as well. Delivery was done very fast and had no issues during the entire process.

This is a beautiful machine and works very well. I was extremely disappointed when the motor just stopped turning and I can’t use the machine.
This machine only has a 6 months warranty compared to the other machines with 12 months warranty. I am not sure why.
Disappointed that it stopped working at 9 months.
Hi Lee sorry to hear that your machine has stopped working. Please will you return the unit to our warehouse in order for us to assess the fault. We will gladly repair or replace the machine at no cost if there was a fault in the manufacturing process.. The reason for us giving a six month warranty is that if it’s a fault that occurred in the manufacturing process it normally shows up very quickly. We have imported this model for over 12 years now and our reported faults has been extremely low. With returns we have received the fault was mostly due to corrosion on the motor caused by substances other than Crystal Aire Concentrates (non corrosive) being used. Looking forward to receiving your machine and will do our utmost to assist you.
